Linderella Love

Linderella’s is a great place to teach! It’s a great shop to just be in:) There is yumminess everywhere!! Last Saturday I had a granny block class. We used strip piecing. Tons of people do this and have tutorials for it. I think this one is great. I use width of fabric strips to make sixteen blocks at a time.
It’s always interesting how everyone chooses totally different fabrics! Pat chose a Vintage Modern jelly roll. This is one of my all time favorite fabric lines!

DeeDee used pinks and blues! So bright and fun!!

And Donna! She chose batiks. The black is actually a batik solid. I’d never seen that before, but it’s very cool.

I also had the first session of the Animal Quilt. We met again yesterday for session two. I’m so impressed with what they made!! Michelle used lots of bright pure colors.

  1. I saw the Guru and Sweet Laurie yesterday! Such a treat! Loving the animals quilt. And have finalized my fabrics for my Designer Star. You will be surprised!

  2. Love the peacock in bright colors! This would be a perfect baby if….need to learn!!
    Great classes….

  3. I just wanted to say “I LOVE YOUR TUTORIALS”. they are the best, most detailed ones that I have seen on here. I’m a wannabe quilter, and seem to be afraid to make the first cut. Lots of material, but no guts.
Thank you for making everything soo detailed.
