Linderella’s is a great place to teach! It’s a great shop to just be in:) There is yumminess everywhere!! Last Saturday I had a granny block class. We used strip piecing. Tons of people do this and have tutorials for it. I think this one is great. I use width of fabric strips to make sixteen blocks at a time.
It’s always interesting how everyone chooses totally different fabrics! Pat chose a Vintage Modern jelly roll. This is one of my all time favorite fabric lines!
DeeDee used pinks and blues! So bright and fun!!
And Donna! She chose batiks. The black is actually a batik solid. I’d never seen that before, but it’s very cool.
I also had the first session of the Animal Quilt. We met again yesterday for session two. I’m so impressed with what they made!! Michelle used lots of bright pure colors.
And Debbie! She also used bright colors. This is her first machine appliqué class; she did an amazing job!!
Two great classes! And I saw my friend Cyndi who was buying this yumminess for her next quilt. I love!!
I’m heading back next weekend for the swoon class. I’m off to sew!
