A Visit Home

Last weekend, I took a trip home to Dallas. While I was there, I went out to Stitched with Love in McKinney! I met Lynn, Joy & Sarah at Quilt Market and they are awesome!! This shop is flooded with light and beautiful fabric!

I wanted to buy all of these!!

Check out the wall of patterns! (There might be a few May Chappell!) It’s such a cool display, but quite difficult to photograph. Love it!

Their fabric display is too cool and makes you want to buy everything!!

They had some fabulous samples of All Sewn Up! I’m loving the Cotton + Steel and the selvages are brilliant.

And I’m pretty excited about their classroom because I’m coming to teach here in February! (Saturday, February 28 to be exact. Call the shop to register.) I’m also doing a trunk show for the McKinney MQG here on Tuesday, March 3 at 6:30. Visitors welcome for all my Dallas peeps:)

Here I am with Sarah & Joy. It took three attempts to get to this. I am obviously looking at the pretty fabric.

I can’t wait to come to Texas!

  1. Beautiful, spacious layout of fabrics. You can really see what they have, and I can imagine it would be hard to walk in and NOT purchase several pieces. Lovely, clear color choices.

  2. This is my favorite quilt shop! My daughter, Becky, and I spend LOTS of money there! HA! See you for the class!

  3. I. Am so excited you will be here.. Booking to meet cha !!! I love meeting blogging friends when I found that store I almost fainted. Its gorgeous… My husband took me back for my birthday.. CIA welcome home

  4. You are right about the Shop. Loved seeing it and being with you. I plan to be at the Trunk Show.

  5. Hello Gorgeous! What a great store – they are obviously clever ladies and it shows in their displays. All that lovely orange piled up like that – you must have used great restraint!!
