Terrific Tool Thursday: Prairie Pointer

Today’s terrific tool supports my dresden habit. After Spring Quilt Market, I received a nice email from Susan Cleveland mentioning a tool she designed that makes dresden pressing easier. It’s called the Prairie Pointer and it makes prairie points in addition to being an awesome dresden tool.

There’s a great center line to align your seam. It makes everything look better and go faster. Win! Win! I’m actually working on two Georgia’s Dresdens right now using it!

  3. Nice! Thanks for sharing. After the whales, I am hoping to make a dresden with Tula’s True colors and this would be quite handy.
