Happy 500th GIVEAWAY

This is my 500th post! I’ve been plotting it forever and life kept happening. But here we are. There are tons of new and exciting things to tell you about!! And loads of projects to catch you up on! But let’s start with some big (personal) news…I’ve moved! Same cute town; new (old) cottage:) Here’s a sneak of the new studio!

There will be a full tour soon! It’s a small space so I’m now full of tips to maximizing and organization. During the move, LOTS of fabric had to find a new home and I saved some good stuff for a GIVEAWAY! There are TWO prizes!!

First up is 500 rainbow charms! Lots are from swaps; some I cut from my stash! There are definitely some hidden gems in there.

The other prize is 500 pieces of scrap! It’s A LOT of fabric!! The pieces range from small scraps to fat quarter with even a half yard or two.

Enter once or enter a bunch of times with all these ways:

Please post a separate comment for each entry! Sorry US only. But if you’re international, enter any way and there will be a separate drawing for you! Please put INTERNATIONAL on your entries. Entries open until next Tuesday, January 26! Mack the Chihuahua will select a winner using his magical powers (and/or the random number generator).

  1. My favorite 2015 project is (still working on it) a memory quilt that I’m making for a friend who’s father passed away. I love making memory quilts because I feel as though I get to know the loved one who passed away through their articles of clothing. In this case, I never met her father, but now I feel that I know him a little bit. Awesome chance to win some fabric! Thank you $

  2. My favorite project from 2015 was making a rope bowl out of clothesline. I have no idea what I’m going to use it for, but I love how it turned out. And I plan to make more with no real plans how to use them :)

  3. I have liked you on Facebook and following on Instagram

  4. My only projects from 2015 were mini quilts. My favorite one was my lizzy house swap. The colors, the quilting everything made me happy and then I had to ship it out. But it did make my partner happy too. So that is a good thing :)

  5. Congrats on post 500! I was actually thinking I might be missing out as I had never heard of Snazzle, but you might have something going there! :) Following on instagram, pinterest and facebook.

  6. Fav project of 2015: hard rock t-shirt quilt with shirts from high school. Not done yet, but hopefully soon:) congrats on 500!

  7. My favorite project was a scrappy baby quilt using 6 pieced cat silhouettes. I used a mamma cat with kittens for the backing with a pieced cat head for the label, complete with white thread whiskers. Please pick me! I share scraps with my brother.

  8. My favorite project of 2015 was my Polaroid quilt, It was fun to pick the fabrics to fussy cut and think about having taken a photo of the scene.

  9. My favorite project this year was made by someone else, because let’s face it, I like to talk too much to get shit done.

  10. I have been following you on IG and love your creativity! I have to say my favorite creative thing I did in 2015 was entering my very first mini quilt swap. Who knew sewing a tiny quilt could be more challenging then something for your bed😉 I enjoyed the whole process, meeting new quilters, stepping out of my comfort zone…even having to rip the entire project apart and piecing it back together to get the final look. Thank you for this great giveaway!

    • My favourite project for 2015 (going into 2016) is my hand sewn hexie quilt for my baby girl 😊 (international)
