Want to make an Austin House in NC?

Big news! Carolyn Friedlander is coming to North Carolina! She will be visiting with the Triad MQG and Sewingly Yours. First up will be Carolyn showing off her magic with a trunk show. She will lecture during our normal Triad MQG meeting. It will be September 27 at 6:30 at South Fork community center on Country Club in Winston Salem. We always meet the fourth Tuesday of the month at 6:30. It will be $5 at the door for both members and non-members. There is no need to reserve your spot.Carolyn will be teaching two classes at Sewingly Yours. On Wednesday, September 28, she will be teaching her Austin House class. This is a really cool  foundation piecing pattern. She'll also be doing lots of chatting about color placement. Her next class is a needle turn appliqué class on Thursday, September 29. She'll be teaching the Hesperides pattern. You'll learn her needle turn technique as you make this modern pillow. The classes are $80 for members and $90 for nonmembers. If you sign up for both, it's $150 for members and $170 for nonmembers. They will also provide a yummy lunch. You can call the shop directly to register at 336.766.8271. There are a limited number of spots left. It should be another successful Triad MQG/Sewingly Yours event! I cannot wait!!xx LCAll images are property of Carolyn Friedlander and used with permission.
